ABOUT

Dilécta is a family owned and operated boutique winery in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, on Vineyard Drive in the hills west of town. Founded in 2011, the winery is run by proprietor and vintner Paloma Bilson and her son, winemaker Andre Minassian.

We produce small lots of Rhône and Bordeaux varietals: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet-based blends, and a Blanc de Noirs sparkling. Most bottlings are single-digit barrel counts. Our estate Cabernet Sauvignon and estate Zinfandel come entirely from our own vineyard, with the rest of the fruit sourced block by block from growers around Paso Robles.
