Riboli Family of San Antonio Winery has been owned & operated by the Riboli family since 1917. With 104 years of wine-making experience, we offer a broad range of wines from traditional to the finest reds that Paso Robles has to offer. With estate vineyards in the Paso Robles, Monterey, and Napa, we produce a range of varietals under the San Simeon, Maddalena, Highlands 41, Opaque, Windstream, and Riboli Family labels.

Tasting Room & Gift Center is Open Daily 10am - 6pm.
Café Bistro is Open Daily: 10am - 5pm

The Café Bistro only uses fresh, all-natural ingredients. Some of our specialty items include freshly made pastas, pizza, salads, sandwiches, soups and more. You can always expect to be served with the best ingredients Paso Robles can offer!
